PURPLE FIG | RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING From Working In It to Working On It
Amanda built a successful cleaning company over 15 years. But after COVID, the business was struggling. Margins were shrinking, overhead had outgrown revenue, and the lifestyle she'd been working toward still felt out of reach.
Over four years, we rebuilt Purple Fig into a profitable, multi-million dollar company that runs without Amanda doing everything herself.

THE ENGAGEMENT: Signature Offer | The Long Game
THE TAKEAWAY
Building a successful business isn’t enough if the owner is still trapped inside it. I help owners build the financial visibility, operating systems, and leadership structure that make both possible.
The Challenge
Amanda founded Purple Fig in 2007 after leaving a career in accounting to clean houses using her own signature method and natural products. Over 15 years, she built a successful business with a loyal customer base. Then COVID hit. Customers canceled, revenue dropped, prices were too low, labor costs climbed, and the overhead she'd built no longer matched the business coming in. Margins were getting thinner, and the business needed a stronger financial foundation.
The Work
Over four years, we rebuilt nearly every part of the business. We repriced services, redesigned the compensation model, strengthened the brand and marketing, and built the systems needed to attract customers and support growth. We recruited and trained a stronger team, redefined leadership roles, and created an operating structure that allowed the business to grow without relying on Amanda for every decision.
The Outcome
Purple Fig is now a profitable, multi-million dollar business with an empowered leadership team. Amanda works on the business instead of in it. She has the flexibility to raise her two boys, a healthy income, and an asset that gives her the option to sell in the future.
